Payment & Refund Policy

All prices are quoted in pounds sterling (GBP) and include VAT where applicable. Course fees are payable in full before the first session unless we have agreed a different arrangement in writing. A place on any course is only confirmed once full payment (or the required deposit) has been received.

We accept card payments through a regulated third-party payment processor. Card details are entered directly with the processor and are never stored by us. We may also accept bank transfer where agreed in advance.

• First Touch — £99 for the full 6-week course.
• Skill Builders — £149 for the full 8-week course.
• Match Ready — £199 for the full 10-week course.
• Private 1-to-1 Coaching — £35 per hour, payable per session or block as agreed.
• School & Group Bookings — from £180 for a 90-minute session, quoted in full before booking.

A single trial session for the First Touch course is available for £18 and is payable when booking the trial. The trial fee is non-refundable, but if you go on to book the full course within seven days, the trial fee is credited towards the course fee.

For school and group bookings, a non-refundable deposit of 25% of the total fee is required to secure the date, with the balance due no later than seven days before the session. If the balance is not received in time, we may release the booking and the deposit will not be refunded.

Cancellations made more than 48 hours before a session or the start date of a course will be refunded in full or credited to a future course, at your choice.

Cancellations made within 48 hours of a session cannot be refunded, but we will always try to move the player into an equivalent session where a space is available. Missed sessions and no-shows are non-refundable and cannot be carried over.

Deposits for group and school bookings are non-refundable, as set out above. If you cancel a confirmed group booking more than seven days before the date, any balance already paid (excluding the deposit) will be refunded.

If we cancel a session due to weather, facility closure or any other circumstance outside our control, we will offer a rescheduled session or a pro-rata credit towards a future course. If we cancel an entire course, you will receive a pro-rata refund for the remaining sessions.

We are not liable for travel, accommodation or any other costs arising from a cancellation by us or by you, other than the refund or credit described in this policy.

Approved refunds are returned to the original payment method within 14 days of the refund being agreed. If you have chosen a course credit instead of a refund, the credit will be applied to your account and is valid for 12 months from the date of issue.

We may update this policy from time to time. The version published on this page at the time of your booking is the version that applies to it.
