Terms & Conditions

These terms govern all coaching courses, sessions and bookings provided by Footlytic. Please read them carefully before booking.

1. Acceptance of terms

By submitting a booking or enquiry, paying for a course, or attending any session run by Footlytic, you confirm that you have read, understood and agree to be bound by these terms and conditions. If you are booking on behalf of a player under 18, you confirm that you are their parent or legal guardian and that you accept these terms on their behalf.

We may update these terms from time to time. The version published on this page at the time of your booking is the version that applies to it.

2. Services we provide

We provide small-group football coaching courses, private 1-to-1 coaching and private group or school sessions, as described on our website. Course content, session length and group sizes are published for each package and are delivered as advertised wherever reasonably possible.

We reserve the right to substitute coaches, adjust session content, or change the pitch or venue within Meridian Sports Park where operationally necessary. If a session must be cancelled by us due to weather, facility closure or other circumstances outside our control, we will offer a rescheduled session or a credit towards a future course.

3. Payment and deposits

All prices are quoted in pounds sterling (GBP) and include VAT where applicable. Course fees are payable in full before the first session unless we have agreed otherwise in writing.

For school and group bookings, a non-refundable deposit of 25% of the total fee is required to secure the date, with the balance due no later than seven days before the session. A place is only confirmed once payment or the deposit has been received.

4. Cancellations, transfers and refunds

Cancellations made more than 48 hours before a session or course start date will be refunded in full or credited to a future course, at your choice.

Cancellations made within 48 hours of a session cannot be refunded, but we will always try to move the player into an equivalent session where a space is available. Missed sessions and no-shows are non-refundable and cannot be carried over.

Where we cancel a session, you will receive a rescheduled session or a pro-rata credit; we are not liable for travel or other costs arising from a cancellation.

5. Parental consent and supervision

Players under 18 must be registered by a parent or legal guardian, who must provide accurate emergency contact details and disclose any medical condition, injury, allergy or additional need relevant to safe participation.

Consent for participation, emergency first aid and, where separately agreed, photography or video for coaching feedback, is given by the parent or guardian at the point of booking and may be withdrawn at any time in writing. Parents and guardians are responsible for drop-off and collection; coaches are not responsible for players outside session times.

6. Conduct and safety

Players are expected to follow coach instructions, respect teammates, opponents and facilities, and wear suitable footwear and shin pads. Shouted abuse, discrimination, bullying or deliberately dangerous play will result in removal from a session and, if repeated, from the course without refund.

Spectators are welcome but must remain in designated areas and behave respectfully towards coaches, players and other families. All our coaches hold current DBS clearance, safeguarding and first-aid certification.

7. Liability and insurance

Football involves an inherent risk of injury. Participation is at your own risk and we recommend that all players hold appropriate personal accident insurance. Footlytic holds public liability insurance for its coaching activity.

Nothing in these terms limits or excludes our liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, for fraud, or for any other liability that cannot lawfully be limited. Subject to that, we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss, or for loss or damage to personal property brought to a session.

8. Intellectual property

All content on this website, including text, session plans, coaching materials, branding, logos, imagery and video, is owned by or licensed to Footlytic and may not be copied, reproduced or used commercially without our prior written permission.

9. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales, and the courts of England and Wales have exclusive jurisdiction over any dispute arising from them or from our services.
